Welcome to Paradise!  We hope you stay a while!

We welcome you in our friendly reception area where we give you all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant one. We know you will enjoy this ecological hotel in the remote jungles of Yucatan!

The hotel is surrounded by a 100 hectares (240 acres) of coconut palm tree groves. The hotel sits on a small peninsula. To the west, lies the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets; to the east the famous "Ría de Celestún", a salt water inlet with unique flora and fauna. Because of its importance as the main feeding area for the American Flamingo and countless species of waterfowl and shorebirds it was decreed a Special Biosphere Reserve in 1989.

Cabañas - Your unique room in Paradise

Our 15 spacious cabañas (bungalows) are in natural surroundings. All of cabañas offer a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Every cabaña has a veranda with 2 hammocks for your afternoon nap and 2 comfortable armchairs.

The cabaña (bungalows) are appointed with 2 queen size beds, a sitting area with sofa bed, desk, spacious bath with shower, closet and safety deposit boxes.

For ecological reasons the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, each room has 2 ceiling fans, and a well-designed air circulation system, based on Mayan technology.  Each has a palapa roof  (a thatched palm roof), and provides refreshing ventilation and a surprisingly cool environment.


Casa Club

La Casa Club is the main building, which offers a large variety of activities.

Here guests meet for a leisurely chat at the bar and enjoy their favorite libation or tropical cocktail.  Enjoy a game of table tennis or billiards.  Check out a book from the small library which has books in 4 languages.  Also watch a video.  There is a a wide range of educational videos (cultural and, nature topics) and entertainment videos. Board games are also available for your use.

All meals are served in the Casa Club Restaurant.

Take your time and relish a tasty Mexican breakfast!
Among many other delicious items we offer fresh fruit juices, a seafood omelet and our homemade whole meal Mayan bread "Pan Xixim".

In the evening prepare yourself for a 4-course candlelight dinner.   Fresh fish, fresh seafood, Mexican, Yucatecan or international specialty dishes are served. The kitchen crew is proud to present these creations for your dining delight!  "Enjoy," "bon apetite,"  "buen probecho!"  In any language the result is the same-fabulous dining.


Swimming - Lounging Pool 

The fresh water swimming pool is perfect for swimming and relaxing, lounging and reading that latest best seller.  A pergola provides shade while you read, or just admire the natural tropical surroundings, or listen to the sound of the waterfall.

From the pool you have great views of the dunes and the pristine beach with its endless supply of seashells.

Enjoy a cool tropical drink or your favorite drink from back home while watching the incredible sunsets. You will be engulfed and enchanted daily as the sunset takes place before you with all the splendor of a symphony!
