The hotel is situated on the Rivera Maya, to the east of the Yucatan peninsula. It is about 60 minutes from the Cancun airport.
It is overlooking a private beach protected by a coral and surrounded by tropical vegetation.

The hotel has a total of 978 bedrooms of which 36 are junior suites with jacuzzi. 12 bedrooms are equipped for handicapped people.
The bedrooms are situated in three storey villas with views over the sea and gardens.
All of the rooms have 2 full size beds and king size bed, air conditioning, complete bathroom, telephone, hair dryer, satellite TV, a safe (charged for separately), mini bar and a balcony or terrace.

Installations and Services

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of air conditioned bars and restaurants offering both national and international cuisine.
There are also an extensive range of installations such as lake shaped swimming pools, jacuzzi, a gym, a mini-club (children from 4 to 12 years), tennis courts, a water sports activity centre, a solarium with sunshades and sun beds, a theatre, a meeting room, cash point machines, etc.

Clubs and Leisure

The Bahia Principe hotel offers the installations of the "Club Hacienda Principe".
The bedrooms are located in villas next to the beach. The guests of the Club Hacienda Principe are able to enjoy the exclusive advantages of the club as well as the services of the rest of the hotel.
As for leisure time, the "Hacienda Doña Isabel" stands out: it is a Caribbean village (leisure area) and a shopping centre.

All Inclusive Plan

Our "all inclusive" system includes meals, snacks, national drinks, house wines and cocktails in all the bars and restaurants throughout the hotel complex, as well as a mini-bar service offering mineral water, soft drinks and beer.

Towels, hammocks and sun shades are provided for the beach and swimming pool.

There is a program of activities and shows for adults and children (both day and in the evenings) and a wide range of games are organized to entertain everyone.
