LAS GOLONDRINAS HOTEL, named after the Barn Swallows that make Playa del Carmen their home part of the year, is a full service hotel. This exquisite yet simple hotel features 50 rooms which include; master suites, twin rooms and standard double rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Las Golondrinas offers the ultimate in impeccable and gracious resort living with a choice of spacious air-conditioned accommodations crafted in the tradition of tile, wood and glass decor from the region: The Standard room features two double beds with large bath, and beautiful desks and bureaus for the comfort you deserve. 
The twin-rooms are two bedrooms separated by the large bath to allow separate sleeping arrangements.

The Master Suites are quite large and inviting. The size and beauty of these suites makes for luxurious living for the entire family and they come complete with living room, kitchen area, dining room and two separate bedrooms.
All these suites also contain air conditioning in every room, built-ins and are furnished in a traditional Mexican style adding extra elegance and beauty to the decor

The air-conditioned restaurant-bar is called "El Portal". Continental, some American and Mexican dishes are available during the day.

The bar features regional and international libations, a wine list and even expresso. An outdoor grill serving Mexican Favorites sits just off the dining room where meals can be enjoyed 'Al Fresco'. Open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

The Hotel wraps around the swimming pool with hanging gardens on all sides. Stone statues, carvings and Maya Art transform the area into an incredible setting to swim or just relax at poolside and read a book. Poolside service, from the bar, is available for the convenience of the guests. The wonderful combination of pool and garden can make a day spent here a most enjoyable affair.


Beach Club 

Las Golondrinas has two Beach Clubs right on the white sands and azure blue waters which are available to our guests. To visit the Club just make arrangements with the front desk and in minutes you are tanning, drinking a margarita and enjoying one of the finest beaches in the world.
