Very touched by the Maya culture, the owner of Casa Sandra was looking for a magic place to write literature four years ago. She remembers flying over the Maya Riviera in a little four seats plane when she discovered The Island of HolBox. Maybe it was the flamingos and the dolphins or maybe it was the sea turtles lying on the golden sands and the cute little houses with their quiet and happy people, which convinced her that there was such a paradisiacal, magical and energetic place to completely withdraw from the “civilized” world and have the perfect environment to write all the poetry coming to her head.

In one year, like a dream, the house was built. From the beginning Casa Sandra has been a warm, cozy, clean and hospitable place. Its spacious areas are perfect to enjoy the company of friends or relax on your own.

HolBox makes with its charisma that everybody wants to be part of this ongoing fantasy.

Casa Sandra counts with One restaurant for 25 guests and 9 rooms, prepared To help you to disconnect in the endless Silence of the night, and with the ocean waves as only background.

In Casa Sandra everything have been arrange for you to enjoy an excellent vacation. In spite of its rustic appearance Casa Sandra has what is needed for you to feel comfortable. In order to make you live a beautiful and realistic experience most of the materials used in its construction are autochthonous, so that it becomes perfectly integrated with the environment making you to feel closer to nature.

In this way, comfort does not interfere with the sensation of being in that remote place of the Caribbean, which shows itself as soon as you open, any window of our Hotel.

Casa Sandra offers the following facilities: Living room, six rooms, swimming pool and backyard.
Due to Casa Sandra’s privileged position the sea can always be seen from all our rooms.
