There is a small cancellation fee for canceling Best Rate
Guarantee Hotel Rates reservations, as we understand that
unforeseen circumstances may cause you to change your travel
plans. The fee is 5% of the total or $25 USD whichever is
greater.

The Best Rate Guarantee applies only if you find a lower
rate on the Internet for the same room type (that must be
available for booking), same plan i.e. European Plan or
All Inclusive, at the same hotel, on the same dates for
the same number of people, on another website selling hotel
reservations via the Internet.
The Best Rate Guarantee is calculated based on the comparison
of the rate of the original hotel booking with the competing
rate in U.S. currency.
The Best Rate Guarantee is for the TOTAL COST of the Room
including: base room rate, any taxes, tariffs or other fees.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to discounted rates
for senior citizens (including AARP rates), travel industry
rates (e.g. IATA), corporate negotiated rates, Government/Military
rates or AAA rates.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to other websites
that have a better rate based on a minimum number of nights
stay.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates found on
"opaque" or auction sites, including sites where
the hotel brand and the specific hotel are not known until
the booking is made. These are not included or eligible
for this guarantee. Also, printable coupons found on websites
are also not a valid source of comparison. This includes
but is not limited to Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, etc.
To receive your refund, fill out the Request Form completely
and submit it to us before you reserve or within 24 hours
of making your Best Rate Guarantee Hotel Reservation and
at least 7 days prior to your scheduled check in date at
the hotel.
The Best Rate Guarantee Request Form must be submitted by
the person who made or is planning to make the reservation
within the time limits above.
If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified
and there is space available to our satisfaction then.

Payment of the difference in rates, cancellations and refunds
are made subject to these terms and conditions and will
